Hello all. We had some more snow so I wasn't sure how todays run would go. But I managed a 10k and just took it a bit slower just to be safe.
It was beautiful. Not to much snow on the pavement but just enough for my trainers to get a good grip.
I'm so grateful for being able to run and shoving myself out there in all weathers has really helped.
The photos are from part of the route that the Forrestry commission have taken over and its lovely . Lots and lots of trees planted. 😊😊
We didn't risk it, the pavements were too icy. But we have been for 2 walks to get our 10000 steps in
Pavements were black ice on Monday so went to the red ash running track nearby . Not keen in going round in circles but it was either that or no run at all 😊
We don't have anything suitable nearby, so we walked on the golf course and tracks as much as possible.

The pavements were treacherous on Monday so I used the running track nearby . Today was great though😊
