Well done on getting to 5k! It's not a podcast, but if you want to get to 10k,you could do Juju's Bridge to 60 mins plan and then switch to her 10k plan once you have 60mins under your belt.

Well done on graduating! I did tons of 30 min consolidation runs, messed about with stepping stones, speed and stamina. More 30 min runs then started JuJu's magic plan, time version (an 8 week programme). Finished that last week - yes 60 mins running! Gonna consolidate by doing the final week of that programme for a few weeks, then on to the distance version of the magic plan. Check out the Nike Run Club app. Lots of guided runs on there. Good luck!🏃♀️🏃💥

What I did for consolidation was the NHS 12-week fitness program nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1... which
- helped me get to know different workout routines and definitely made my legs and arms stronger
- by replacing the C25k runs with recovery runs, I managed to get to running 60min by the end of it, without having planned that
- it has Laura‘s Str&Flex podcast incorporated which is a great anyday workout
- it has stepping stones podcasts included as well
- it gives you a solid 12 week consolidation period
Good luck with finding something great for you!
Also useful for runners is the Strength and Flex Forum on Health Unlocked.

Well done! We consolidated for about a month so we felt comfortable running at our own pace, then started JuJu’s Magic Plan (time version) and are absolutely loving it. We use the NRC for a couple of coaches runs but have started doing fartlek sessions for the short run each week, and it’s so enjoyable and funny! We found the magic plan has really helped having some structure and some goals each week. Good luck and happy runnings! 🤞🏼🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🎖

Congratulations on completing c25 k. It's an amazing feeling isn't it?
After finishing the play I moved on and used the Stepping stones, speed and stamina podcasts for a few weeks but started to lose momentum without a plan , so as others have suggested I followed up with Juju's magic plan for time and now doing her plan for distance. It is brilliant!
The other thing I have found useful to get me out of the door on a Saturday morning is to join Damienair and his (not) park run on the pinned posts each week.
