Seems like I must be doing some of that stuff naturally. I just looked at Garmin and, the longer runs included, my cadence seems pretty constant even where pace drops off
Thanks for sharing this, some of it I remember hearing from a running podcast. The cadence things is interesting I definitely feel plodding when I'm tired 😂
I've just watched the video. Thanks for posting it, there were tips I hadn't seen before, such as the info on arms and not reducing cadence when you're tired. I can see how that would help.
