Autumnal intervals

Photo is the vineyard just behind my house and Mont Blanc is somewhere behind those clouds. Gorgeous run this morning using one of the intervals runs on NRC with 1 week to go before I tackle my 10k. Sometimes I feel like the 10k is getting further away as I'm now running slower but keeping my HR at 171 max when the run included a couple of 1 mile paces has got to be good for my health 😉

I think that the water which is reflecting by the sun is Lake Geneva
