Hello all, I graduated C25K in August and since then I have been running 3 times most weeks for around 30 mins. I tend to go for one longer run on the weekends, around 35 to 40 mins and I get to 5k in about 38 minutes now. I am starting to feel a little lost and I am looking for more structure. Also I am looking for some core exercises - didn't get on with the strength and flex programme are there any alternatives?

You can look up YouTube for exercises for running.

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, after that you can do the C25K + Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, then do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K.

Ju ju’s magic plan has been amazing for me. Some structure, a chart you can download and you tube videos. You can either do time or distance. I recommend it. Good luck.
