A week of isolation left....
Time to go on-line shopping as it’s starting to get a bit cooler.
Upto now I’ve been running in any old tee-shirt and walking shorts, only started on C25k in May so cold weather hasn’t been an issue.
Guessing there’s better garments, but don’t really know what and I’m not allowed to go and browse so looking for ideas.
What do you seasoned runners use over the cooler months?
1 week and 37 minutes to go until I reach my 2 weeks isolation time - I’m not counting at all!
