βBrrr π₯Ά Itβs cold in hereβ and windy π¬ The weather has definitely turned and Autumn has arrived π
Today I decided to spice things up a bit! Iβm missing interval runs and I have been thinking π€ of ways to incorporate them into the Magic 10K Plan now that my runs are getting longer. The runs are at the length now that pre-mixed playlists donβt quite fully cover the time/distance for my little legs (either falling way short or going too far).
The thought of doing Fartlekβs for 5K doesnβt excite me so I opted to do 1K intervals today. Run a K at 90 - 100% of my max effort and then recover by walking until my breathing had settled. Repeat for each K of the 5K target π―
