Not much to report here, watched the most exciting final time trial of the Tour de France I've ever seen, and buoyed up by this went out to run.
Just my usual really, mainly fast walked the long steep hill (by far the toughest part of the outing) then slow jogged the first third, a bit quicker for the second third then faster again the final stretch...but that's easy cos it's downhill!
I do love that last bit!
Nothing of note occurred...sorry to be so boring! Asthma was a pain on the uphill walk, settled down when jogging. I hate that hill...on the way up. Could kiss its tarmac on the way back. Such is life. A series of ups and downs.
Talking of downs, we in Co Durham are now in a lockdown, which really adds to the fun of getting ready to move house.
Heigh ho...happy running all, make sure you outrun that flaming virus.
