Went out to run my not parkrun. Could tell it was going to be another lovely day and it was boiling when running at 19/20 degrees.

So a time of 30.28 for my 5k today and thats not bad.

I'd say that time was very good Buddy! Even more awesome because of the heat. I love warm weather but enjoy running in a more temperate climate 🤣🤣

Good run and excellent time for you today Buddy34 for your (not) parkrun, its great weather here, I am out in my garden reading all the posts on Healthunlocked.

Tomorrow I will run my 14th (not) parkrun, however, my neighbour, Holly's owner told me not to go on the very muddy part of my running route as it's still flooded, he went a walk there with Holly, got his feet soaking wet, so I'll miss that bit and run with my normal running shoes.

Leg doing really well thanks. I really should do a post somewhere, at some point.

My hay fever however is giving me literal face ache, with headache on the side, as husband bought me the antihistamines that don’t really work for me. 🤧
