Back from holidays (great time). And from toe injury (yah). However went out on Monday to complete JuJus magic plan Week 8 which I hadn’t done prior to holiday due to toe injury did lovely 20 minutes of running. Had my flu jab late afternoon and on Tuesday I was floored. Tried to get out of bed but I just slept and slept 🛏 right through till Wednesday had high temp so didn’t go out ( thought I’d better not) however by Thursday I was good to go so went for my 30 minute run. Just got my final run to do hopefully tomorrow. I’ve also signed up for the Very 2020 Race for Life. My first ever sponsored run 🏃‍♀️ 🤞🤞I can do it next Saturday. 😀😀😀

Woo-hoooooo 😊 lots to look forward to here and feel positive about too. Hope your toe holds up well and you feel better after the jab. Lots of fluids and carbs today and you'll be all set. Great preparation for next week too 🚀

Welcome back. Well on the way even with the complication of a reaction to your vaccination.

I've got my flu jab next week. Hope it isn't a bad one.

Welcome back, I’ve missed your inspirational posts! Glad that you had a great holiday and that your toe has recovered. It’s good that you’ve got right back in the saddle after 2 weeks of abstinence too, well done!

Thanks for the support just back from what was to be my long run this week which has turned into a disaster!!! I think I went off too fast and then my knees started to be painful. I am doing race for life next weekend and was trying out the route I was going to take but I’m going to have to have a rethink cos my knees won’t run downhill anymore. 🤣🤣🤣🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Oh no, these things come to try us! Rest those knees and maybe speak to a pharmacist to ask whether there is anything you can buy to help to support them. Wishing you good luck next week!
