I've been churning out at least 5k 3x per week for a while now (since C25K graduation in March), so I thought I might as well put it to good use. I signed up for the 2020 Cancer Research UK Race for Life, opened a Just Giving page in memory of my dad (bugger off cancer!) , and let the family know. I hate asking people for money, even for a good cause, but the word got out & I ended up raising at least £250 (final £ tbc)! People are so lovely sometimes! I used to work for CRUK and I know that they use their money well, but medical research is an expensive business, so I'm unbelievably grateful to all my donors - they probably won't see this, but I'm just putting it out there. You're all 🌟🌟🌟🌟❤!
