Anyone else having registration problems for London Vitality virtual 10k?

I had an email from parkrun about the virtual 10k but I can’t even get to the start line! I keep getting a “you can’t leave this section blank” message which is my address but the only option is to enter your postcode then ‘find’. That already has a 🚫 sign (but blue) next to it. Think I must be missing something obvious - unless you’re having problems too!

Once you've entered your postcode just click on the ' look up ' and your address should be on the list. 😊👍

I’ve entered my postcode and done that but just get a message that some information is incorrect. Please check. I don’t get the usual drop down list. 🤷‍♀️I’ve tried the postcode with/without a space and all uppercase or not. I’m stumped.

I think it played up when I first tried Sybilw, but it sorted itself out when I tried again. Good luck. There’s going to be a few of us doing it in October.

I’ll keep trying as I’ve suggested it as a family run. My eldest suggested C25K in the first place and then my youngest joined the gang. She did a little 11k this morning - as you do.

That will be nice. We got in first as we were booked on the actual run in May. The website might be struggling a bit now. 🤞

It’s just worked for me so try again it may have calmed down a bit

It’s just worked for me but says it’s better on a phone than PC. Even though the blue thing cam up it still showed choice of addresses.

I had a similar problem Sybilw but I can’t remember how I sorted it! I think I started on the iPad which didn’t work but when I tried it on my phone it did. Or possibly the other way round! Have you tried just putting in part of your post code to see if that does anything? Not much help I’m afraid but I hope you get it sorted soon!

Thank you - that sorted it! I had been trying on my phone as they said that was best so assumed it was something i was missing. I tried the iPad and - result!! Now just to get my daughters to join me - they’re both keen.
