I was just thinking to myself as I was going out to do my 30 min run, I do not need an all singing and dancing gym membership all I need is a decent pair of trainers and ear phones a bit of motivation and I am off owning my run. No time tables dictating when I exercise and it costs nothing. I can please myself. I nearly achieved 5k in 30 mins, but the best thing is i thoroughly enjoyed it xxx happy running xx that was my second run of week 2 of magic plan.

Who needs fancy gym memberships

Smelly Gyms, Treadmills, running whilst facing into a mirror or a wall, I'm not a fan of Gyms. Fresh air, being out and about in all seasons and running for free is the best thing ever. I have a lot of kilometres up on my running shoes, over 1,000K, and they are still going strong. I did buy a new pair only 2 months ago, disaster. But I won't be back to that running shop again. I'm waiting for the new launch of Brooks GTS 21's in November. Other than running shoes which I generally get max value out of and entry fee's for races which has not happened this year, my running is for the most part free.

Nothing better than being outside running in the sun, rain, snow . Most of all the fresh air . Good luck with the rest of the magic plan ππ
