As the title says, I have decided to move away from my position as Administrator on both the Couch to 5k and also the Bridge to 10k forums. This decision was taken after at least a couple of months thought!
And to be clear, the decision was mine and mine alone, and also has nothing to do with my recent health situations.
I am not leaving HU and will continue to contribute on Both forums.
I thank everyone for their support over the years, it's been fun !
Regards, Ian
