I have signed up for September, and suddenly it is almost upon us!
When I signed up, I remember seeing a chart of what we would be doing each week, but now I can't find it. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I do like to know what I am letting myself in for in advance, and print it out, so I can tick each run off as I achieve it!
Looking forward to increasing my minutes! My consolidation runs have moved me on from 3.6k in 30 minutes to 3.8k, so it will be a long time before I hit 5k in that time, but at least when I am running for longer I should at last hit the distance!
