I've loved running the longer distances... unfortunately injury niggles are getting the better of me at the moment 🤦‍♀️

Oh dear, I had 16 days off with injury after week 8 run 1 of C25K, but feel I'm almost recovered now thanks to the help of my extreme marathon runner physio 😁

Infact today is the best I have felt post run .

I hope you can soon overcome your injury niggles 👍

I was hoping to go out today but too exhausted after having grandchildren all weekend they went home last night and thought I would make my run this morning but it was too wet even for me and I felt drained. But I love a nice run in the rain Maybe tomorrow morning Here’s hoping. But congrats to you enjoy the glory 👏👏👏🏅🏅🏅

Yes I’m like that although don’t mind if it’s just drizzle at the start. Went out last week and was drowned before I got to one k but did manage to complete my run just looked rather odd on the cool down walk on way home!!!😂😂😂😂

Weather is forecast better tomorrow, so might look at a cheeky little run...

Won't be runn9ng Friday as it's pack up/travel home day, so I can afford to do Thurs and Sat. We'll see 🧐
