Found my pace, recovered my mojo

Week 2 on Ju Jus plan , managed 41 minutes as following the minutes not the miles. But secretly noted also up at 5k which is fabulous. Pace is a steady 8min/km and Discovered a little piece of SCOTTISH tablet prior to running does the trick better than caffeine or a banana... so sticking with this guilty pleasure. Finally realised I need a plan to follow to maintain momentum.... onward

Brilliant effort 5k and 41 minutes, you're doing great. Aw I love tablet but cant have any in the house as I'd just eat it all, then it's not so nice. Happy running 🤗

👍that's a nice pace 8mins per km.

On the 60 min 10 km runs my pace fluctuated between 7- 10 mins but averaged about 8.

As your well aware it's not a race, just enjoy the running and achievement.

What a great feeling when you do it.
