In what way worse Cheeky450? Slower? Harder? No fun? Are you doing all the things that got you through C25K, eg hydration, stretches etc? I do know how you feel though - I had planned to get my 50 minute average Parkrun time down to 40 this year but it doesn’t seem to be working very well so in that sense I feel as though I’m getting worse as well because I feel as though I should be improving but I’m not! Just keep plugging away, I’m sure “it’s just a phase”!
Thanks for replying, I decided to just plug on with it, I used the c25k+ podcasts, the one I liked most was the steppingstone, I think I’ll go back to that for a week or so, see if I can get things moving again 🏃♂️👍

Have you tried mixing your runs up a bit, some longer some shorter, try some new routes. Go for the joy of running rather than a target time/speed. Happy running 🤗

Do you have a week where you do very little every so often? I have found that it makes a huge difference as the body gets tired.
