May have overdone it this week!

Well that was my worst run ever this morning! Legs were very heavy and no matter how often I said go a little quicker they just wouldn’t. I think 2 runs (11) k and 2 games of golf, walking, in 3 days is just a bit much. Next week I will have to work out my schedule better. Never mind I did do 6.5k it was just that I took 7.01/k which is slower than normal.

Well done on all that golf/walk/run activity. Dont knock that speed, some of us think of it as our happy speed or speed to strive for 🤣🤣 now next week you are being gifted with 7 new days, divide up the activities across them for maximum pleasure 😉 happy running 🤗

I am so used to being under 7 mins/k that it just seemed slow. However legs just refused to move any quicker. I will schedule runs better next week. On the plus side I did play to my handicap yesterday in the medal 👏🏻😄😄

Well done at the golf, nice to be a little bit back to normal. I guess I like under 7/k but talk of that as my happy speed so I'm not disappointed with a run that averages it 🤣🤣Have fun🤗

Note to self - dont chase Womangolfer just did 5k averaging 6:34/k HR by end nearly 200. Silly old fool, must stick closer to 7/km 🤣

Hope you're enjoying your golf again. Speed just doesn't matter, the point is you got out and you ran 6.5k even if you're used to going faster. Have a nice weekend.

More golf?🤣

I enjoy it some days 😁. I always go out saying never mind the speed but I end up looking anyway! You just can’t tell some people!! Another round this weekend. You have a great weekend too.
