Well, I'm back out in the Cumbrian countryside for the week and wanted to have my long run here. It is a very up and down route that I have done many a time on a horse so new there are some savage hills to face but I had a real 'want' to do the loop today. It's about 7.5km so I set my mind to just getting round and not stopping. I knew some parts wouldn't be pretty though π
I am so happy with myself I finished in 46m 20 and even managed to walk the dogs afterwards. Whoop feel like I am making progress πββοΈπππ¦

You did so well considering some parts were hilly and like me walking the dog after a run is a great way to keep the legs going . ππββοΈπ
That's what I'm hoping for lol! I quite like the hills, I'm finding I'm recovering quicker the more hills I incorporate in my runs ππββοΈπ
Wow! Well done, thatβs amazing. Youβve done so well with all this, you should be super proud!! Well done again, youβre improving so much ππ»ππ»ππ»
Youβve been good making yourself go so much. Thatβs something Iβve lacked π I went last week and havenβt had chance again yet. Bit gutted Iβve done so much and now the running has taken a back seat cos of time
It's just how it goes isn't it? I've slacked a bit this week. Been so busy getting ready to open work again that I've only managed one run this week. I'm itching to get out though. We'll get back on track again. ππββοΈπ
Yeh sure thing. I went out yesterday, only managed 15 minutes, did 1.5 miles, am finding the hills here tough. I just need to get back into every other day. π
7.5km AND then you walked the dogs! I need a lie down after reading that. π Amazing stuff B! π€ΈββοΈYou mustβve been delighted (and slept really well afterwards π€£). Go you! π΅The hills are alive with the sound of a future marathon runner πΆππββοΈπ’
