I'd got an email 2 weeks ago that Contra had a sale on. I usually find that the running clothes are quite expensive but I bought a tshirt for £18.60 reduced from £31. Let's just say it didn't disappoint. I got 1 size up than I should have as I didn't want it clinging to me. It felt so airy the whole run and what I really liked is its kind of long in the body which suited me as I'm 5ft 8 and I find a lot of tshirts are a bit short. 😁

Their shorts are really good too.....got mine in the sale as wasn’t sure I’d like them. So light, so comfy, my only negative is no pocket. Enjoy running in your new gear!

I just bought 2 new pair of running capris and the pocket in the back of them is big enough for my phone👍

That’s good to know....I get too hot in capris in the summer so have switched into loose shorts. May get a pair for when it’s cooler....can never have too many 😉

Sounds a good buy, I didn't realise that you were 5ft 8in, that is above the average height of 5ft 4 for a lady, great advantage for running, by the way I am 5ft 7ins.

To be honest with you I have not been measured for my height for about 30 years, from 17 to 44 I was 5ft 8ins, about that time when I was 44 I was measured for clothes to wear at a wedding and the man said I was 5ft 7ins, so who knows as I get older I also get smaller, my guess I am still about 5/7. 😊

Thanks for the recommendation Buddy, I'm female and 6ft 2 and always really struggle to find clothes that are long enough, particularly tops that come down low enough down my waist!! I'll look into these though, thank you 👍☺️🏃‍♀️
