Woohoo! One hour!

I’m very excited to have completed Magic 10 by time - it feels every bit as miraculous as doing C25K. 😄My 60 minute run was along part of the gorgeous north Cornwall coastal footpath. It was windy (of course) & damp with mizzly rain & accompanied by the booming wild waves surging around the rock stacks far below. Wild flowers everywhere with extra short stems to withstand the wind. Stonechats escorted me through their territories “chatting” like mad & skylarks sang in the more sheltered stretches. Mr E passed (on his own gazelle run) with a word of encouragement & had the kettle on for when I snailed back to the caravan. 🤗

Now for some consolidation & then I will do Magic 10 by distance.
