Since C25K I have followed advice on here and varied my runs and not worried about times. I have a routine. 2.5k 5k then long run which I built up from 6k to 10k finally yesterday. Knees take a few days to recover from the long run but I now feel in the zone. I’m not quick but steady. Now where do I get my badge?😀

Well down on achieving your first 10k 👍
Hope your knees are ok.
I’m just back after a 7 weeks absence due a knee injury. I’m now cautious about doing lots of stretches and strengthening exercises to build up the muscles around my knee joints and ligaments.
Anyway, well done again and wishing you happy running 🏃♀️🏃♂️👍
