You're right ,another beautiful day . What a great time for your 10k. ππ
Another early morning runner, congratulations on running your 10K in 54 minutes, well done, if you wish to get a badge and the word GRADUATE10 next to your username leave a message on the May graduate10 post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked Graduate10 homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran a 10K, I ran a 5K at 6.30am, the earliest run I have ever ran ππΎ, this was to avoid the 20C+ heat of later in the morning.
Crikey thatβs speedy πͺπ₯π on empty too π. I canβt run anywhere til Iβve eaten β½οΈ
Enjoy your breakfast π
Cheers I certainly enjoyed my eggs and toasty!!!
We had poached eggs on homemade bread toast yesterday. My niece got me the flour (praise be! π) and my next door neighbour the eggs
as we canβt go out π
Delicious! Running grub indeed πͺππ
Lovely morning again
Smashed it this morning with a 52 min 10k
Eggs on their way!!
Oh lovely jubbly π€. Well done ππͺ
I got up early and did a yoga session. I had porridge afterwards π
Yoga eh ?
Thatβs something I havenβt tried. Yet!!!
Itβs amazing. I suppose thatβs why itβs been around for so long.
All the stretches and inversions are good for digestion, and moving blood about the body. Itβs strengthening and stretching. You donβt half feel better for it.
Itβs quite hard sometimes as it is a balance challenge but as you get stronger you get more stable I guess I hope so as I often wobble, as youβd expect π
That is a great time!!! Well done you!! Iβd love to get under 60!! Iβve just managed my first one since being ill ( and since last summer) and it took me 85 minutes!!! But Iβm happy that I have managed the distance and look forward to improving my time now
