Beautiful sunny day running along minding my own business and gets to a street where I was half way up the hill and noticed a baby about 1year old or so out in the middle of the road. Don't get me wrong it's a quiet street but all I could see was the baby and a parked white van. So I speeded up to help the baby and by the time I got to the van the mum was in front of it chatting away to the neighbours and I take it just hadn't noticed he had wondered out to the middle of the road. Anyway no harm done and a safe baby.
Have a nice day ๐๐๐ถ

I found a lost cat on a run a few weeks ago. Ran home to get the phone number, ran back to cat while ringing the owners, trying not to freak the cat out so it wouldn't run away.
Turns out the cat had gone home the week before and was just out for an evening play. ๐
I once found a lost toddler at the end of a pantomime. He wouldnโt go off with the usher so I stayed till mum turned up. Her response was to shout at the child and storm off ๐ฒ. Not a word of comfort - or thanks ๐คทโโ๏ธ Nowt as strange as folks.
That was your good deed of the day Buddy34, you were quite correct on checking that baby out in the middle of the street came to no harm, otherwise a lovely day for a run
This morning I ran 9K on my weekly quest to get back to running 10K which will be next Wednesday, 65.59 was the time I ran that 9K.
After lunch I will take Holly a walk then do a bit of sunbathing, the weather is to be warm for a few days then at the weekend there may be snow on the hills when the weather gets colder again.
