How your body takes you by surprise.

This morning I wasn’t really feeling it,but as yesterday was a rest day, I went out with the intention of just running a short distance and if I got to 4K then great. After a while I hit the comfort zone as I call it (it doesn’t happen often) and the run felt right so I ended up doing 6k.

It is so weird how one day you feel great but the run is a disaster then when you go out not full of positivity you sometimes end up more successful.

I hope to repeat that and slowly increase my distance (very slowly).

I hope everyone is keeping well

Great running and I don't think we ever get 2 runs the same . So glad you enjoyed it. Enjoy the rest of your day🌞🌞🏃‍♀️

Really well done on your run! 👍🙂 I totally agree about runs - isn't it great when you get a brilliant one though and it all comes together?🙂

Keep going - and stay safe! 🙂🌈
