Looking for recommended knee strengthening video link exercises to follow.. suggestions..
My right knee hurts on the front (when i walk say for instance down the stairs).. it hurts at back (when i go up stairs).. its niggling at front right side as i sit..
No idea what I've done.
I've done 0 exercises for 3 days..
Runners Knee ???

I'm going to sit tight and read these replies as I've been suffering with sore knees BUT yesterday when I got up and foam rolled my legs - calves, thighs, glutes - all over ( I mean sides, front and back) the pain had almost vanished. I'm going to do it again before I go to bed - it was quite intense I have to say. I think I'm not paying enough attention to my post run exercises. 🤷♀️
I thought i had been paying enough attention.. may be not.. i haven't got a foam roller... 😣. I think exercising x2 30min each day inc x3 30/40min runs per week has perhaps been O.T.T ?
You don't necessarily need a foam roller - a tennis ball will work for your glutes and a rolling pin for the rest - go gently to start with and then build up pressure as you go. It might be worth giving it a try.
