Was a bit later getting out today as I was on the phone for about an hour trying to sort something out. So a bit stressed when finished the phonecall got the running gear on and went.
The run just felt so hard the whole way and I had to stop a few times.
But as always I'm glad I got out as I feel better now.
I'm at the stage where I know how we feel after a run even if it was rubbish.
Moan over , happy running all🌞🌞

Hope the next one's better. Think many of us are suffering with mojo at the moment. Still lovely to get out there, compared to everything else it feels so normal to me - about the only thing that does.
The next run will be better, I suppose some might also say that I also had a rubbish run but that's only regarding my 5K time this morning of 37.32 but I actually enjoyed it as I set my metromone app at 165 beats a minute rather than the 175 which would have got a sub 35 minute 5K.
This afternoon at 2 o'clock I will be taking Holly my neighbours dog a walk, that is the dog on my profile page, Holly's owner has a miner heart problem, that is why he let's me take Holly a walk.
I know how this type of run feels but boy oh boy it beats the feeling of sitting on the sofa saying to ourselves 'wish I would have gone out.' Another one in the bag 😊
