I'm still here still getting out 3 times a week for a run. Been busy getting shopping for myself , my mum who has to stay in for the 12 weeks or so and then my sister had symptoms of the virus and had to do shopping for her also which was all dropped off outside their front door. Thankfully my sister is getting better.
Weather has really improved apart from today 40-50 mph winds but so much better than the harsh winter running.
Look after yourselves and hope you ate all wellππ

I am running 2/5Ks a week, one of them is on a Wednesday morning around 8.45, the second one is on a Saturday morning at 9.30 around Broadwood Loch, yes, that's the same time as parkruns of course, I am keeping fine thanks, unfortunately the car park at Drumpelliier is closed but you can do your running on the new Ardrie/Bathgate cycle path.
Hello VRB! ππ» Sounds like youβre working hard and Iβm glad your sister is getting better. Scary times. Enjoy your running as the weather hopefully gets milder each week! Stay safe
Iβm so glad u said that I thought it was only me who looked like that. I see all these other runners making running look so easy and not even a glow to their face. I feel so hot I feel like Iβm going to spontaneously combust π
Glad you all ok keep safe happy running πββοΈ π
Glad your sis is getting better buddy, you've got your hands full to-ing and fro-ing good that you're able to maintain sanity through running π
Well done Buddy. I'm glad you are still managing to get out on your runs and finding time to take care of yourself; so important when your time is needed to support others. Keep safe xx
Hello Buddy, great that youβre able to stick to a running routine, stay safe π
Well done on keeping the routine with so many other things that are going on. Keeping that I feel is so important, even more so at this time. While we can still exercise we really must.
Iβve seen your runs on Strava, so well done for getting out there whilst youβre busy caring for your family as well. Itβs good to hear your sister is recovering. This is quite a scary time - take care x
Well done for still running 3 times a week and shopping for famille members. I am only running 5 k twice a week so need to increase it. Keep it up Buddy!πββοΈ
Well done Buddy on managing 3 runs a week...I'm still running but seem to be going every 3rd day for one reason or another and am walking on the other days.
Am grateful we can still get out daily and do something.
Glad your sister is on the mend, hope she's all better very soon.
My Mum and Nan are stuck in for 12 weeks too, at least it keeps them safe π
