This morning, just up, rain, rain, arrrr. I have a run to do. Then the sunshine, out I go. I feel like Thomas the tank engine. I can i can do this 5 k. The weather gives me a little shower, but then it’s great. I keep going.yea! Running is such a mental challenge. The next steep bend, I kick and I run hard! Arrrr.

Then I get a call from the office, so I walk briskly home after a 5k, a few flooded roads to navigate, by walking on the soggy verge. But I did it. I haven done this run properly since before Christmas so I’m pleased with myself.
