Back finally after only seven runs this year :(

Well this morning I did a very enjoyable little 3k run in the sun after what feels like most of January off sick :( Just checking my log it shows today was only the seventh run since the 1st January, really not good at all. January has been one long month full of a reoccurring cold/flu/virus type thing, whatever it was made me feel 82 rather than my 62 years :( Anyway I enjoyed my run this morning in this springlike weather we have here in Northants today, and I'm already looking forward to my next scheduled run, hopefully a 5k on Wednesday . . . Happy sunny running everybody :)

Welcome back . 7 runs in January is amazing while coping with winter bugs, well done. You have much better weather than me - rain coming in horizontal at the moment, beyond that blue skies, typically Scottish 😂

Welcome back! Sounds like at more or less two runs a week you have been managing a lot even though you have been poorly. Take care 😊

Welcome back. I’ve had bugs too which have knocked me right off course with the running but am just getting back again. I had six weeks or so of just a couple of runs and it’s taken me about two weeks to feel comfortable again. But we are both still going!
