I'm still going

Hello lovely VRB's - not posted for a while but i am continuing to run - all be it less than the previous months. Dark mornings have beaten me!

I set out in Quest to run a minimum of twice a week and i have - hopeful that when the school holidays kick in next week i can up that and I have promised myself a run on xmas day 🎅🏻 - mainly so i can eat excessive amounts of chocolate guilt free 😜

On Sunday i went for a run and took my daughter (she's 6) who whizzed along on her scooter. It was great and now she claims to want to do that every week! I had to adapt my route for her and it was slower than my usual but we enjoyed it - maybe we will repeat and have my son come too on xmas day - a family fun run

I am also delighted that one of my Pilates @ work friends has been inspired by me so much that she started c25k - she is on week 7 currently - how cool is that!

Ahh how lovely running with your daughter scooting Alison! Sounds like she enjoys it. Maybe she could convert to running and start junior PR when the time is right? And your son too perhaps? 😀😀

I’d like to think I could sneak in a Christmas Day run (won’t have time for PR), as I too intend to eat my own weight in chocolate and other goodies. Hey, it’s Christmas! 🎄🎅😀

There are too many chocolates being eaten here on this site, you want to eat your own weight in chocolate 😂just how many selection boxes would that require?

Last Christmas 🤶 🎄 (sorry Wham for the pun) I was given so many selection boxes of chocolates that I eventually finnished eating them at the end of February.

Hahaha it would take plenty Al - and being a bit of a chocolate fan I’d happily give it a go! My birthday is in January too, so it’s not a good few weeks for me. 😈 Extra running required I think! 😅
