I had a PB finish position today at PR! π Not a fabulous run by me but simply a Santa run on at the same time (poor RD was begging for helpers all week!). Also Iβve discovered you can order the results by age grading which is very kind to us older runners π. I went from 54th to 20th and since I was running my last PR in my age group that was fine by me (and 54 is my birth year so it all seemed destined!!). Another muddy one though - a visitor told me it was the first time sheβd walked in 3 years. Remind me what we used to do on Saturday mornings π€.

Yes Saturdays in our household have changed since I did c25k and was able to do parkrun. Before that, Iβd be having a lie in, listening to the radio, while UTS nipped out to do parkrun. Now we both go, and meet up with friends weβve made, have breakfast at the local cafe afterwards, and the morning has gone.
Happy birthday Sybilw. Enjoy being the youngest in your new age group ; you could be first in your age group next week as everyone else will be older.
