Congratulations on getting to 60mins, I see you’ve grabbed a badge, I thought i had to wait until I finished the 8 week plan so just put in a request for my badge now after a slow 8 k on 13th November (it was way more than 60min) Are you heading on up to 10k or was 60min your target?

Hi the 60 mins was a happy accident and it was only 7k (hold on did I just say only), so i plan to stick at it and see where it takes me. I fully expect to have to consolidate as this was just one of those runs that went well, as apposed to the other type... So i will flip to the distance one but i don`t expect 10k to happen any time soon. I might become a long term JU JU MP resident. how is your plan going??

😂 funny how 7k becomes an only, brilliant effort. I’m on IC since last Thursday with chesty cough, felt it after 5k on Wednesday so getting very frustrated although we have such a short amount of daylight this far north and it’s pretty wet so another couple of days is quite inviting. I’m on week 6 waiting to do 4K then 10k,I see quite a few went straight to 10 by extending their 9 over the weekend so I may do a 4, 5, 10 and be done with. Told cold dark and wet to be out for over an hour. Plenty time to consolidate my 10k in spring 😉

Good luck 😉 my cough is still hanging on after 6 weeks my sons for 8. These viruses are getting tricky 😩keep well and good luck on the finish 😁🏃‍♀️10k. I hope for nice weather in east Anglia up to Christmas so I have a bit more time to build. I might try for a New Year’s Eve 10k 👍🏼 if I can find an hour and a half that the family don’t need.

Family commitment is tricky. I’m not willing to wait 6 weeks. Have a funeral on Wednesday thought running out emotions that afternoon would be a good idea. He was a runner and died suddenly at 68 so my run will be for him.

May be tomorrow, just checked the forecast, sunny tomorrow, wet on Wednesday, I’m not that nice a person that I’ll choose rain over sun 😉
