I’ve been a bit quiet on here last few weeks - but I have been keeping up to juju’s magic plan and feeling good with it. I’ve started week 4 today with a nudge over 5km. I was planning on doing park run again, did my first one last week and enjoyed it, but unfortunately the weather had other ideas and it was cancelled due to the frost and ice so got out on the trails instead.
Only thing I’m not managing to keep up to is the extra exercises on the magic plan but have started using an app that builds up planking so hopefully that will do the trick.
