You will do it next Monday. Congratulations on your 9K this morning Buddy34, good time as well, a bit smirry and light rain, a contrast to last week, I predict that next week you will run the 10K in around 65 minutes. π ππΎ
After 3 days heavy gardening, no stretching 9-4 each day, I dragged myself out on a really should do this run in dark misty dreich weather. Can't say I enjoyed it but 33min 5k as w5r3 B2 10 done and dusted. Really need to find new routes but in midst of putting house on market so high stress, time short at the moment.
Well done, and by the looks of it you've set yourself up for a very good time for your first one.
Can't believe the difference in temperature. Last week when I got home there was actually frost forming on top of my hat, this week was positively toasty by comparison.
Youβve definitely got this Buddy! That was a great run and that 10k badge is all ready for you, itching to be worn and admired. π π Your pace is awesome too. You are a great runner! πππ
Well done Buddy34 β€οΈ You're doing great! And with a fantastic time too! Have a great week and I look forward to hearing about your 10k next week! xxx
Well done! That's a great pace! I have done 10k 3 times in the last couple of months and my best time is 1 hr 17 mins (pace 7.40 min/km). I'd love to be able to run was fast as you!
The others have said it all: great progress and great time. You've totally got this! I'm hoping to run 10k for the first time next week too - very exciting π
