You may not remember me but I used to post on here a fair bit and did a 10k plan. So this is a post to say hello 😺. After nearly a year ( blimey doesn’t time fly) I have come back to this lovely place. I took a sabbatical as I had too much stuff going on in life, and have been doing a course for work which was full on to say the least.
I am however still running.... I LOVE running, always will and I hope to always be able to. I’ve added in a few extras like yoga, swimming and strength stuff which have all helped keep injury at bay. Oh and handstands, I love handstands too. I’m on a training plan which is helping, and I just love the feeling of being upside down.
So I will be replying to your posts, and doing a few of my own. I hope that I can help with the stuff I’ve learned on the way...
