❄ winter wonderland came early

Up and out this morning, i was expecting it to be chilly but a layer of frost was not expected! Glad i put on a base layer top Hands were freezing - may need to invest in some gloves - though they felt perfectly warm after 10 minutes

I missed the sunrise somehow but the in between of going from dark to light was magical, it all seemed so much brighter as sunlight hit the frost covered grass. The lake was magical - there was a haze over it that made it look like a steam bath! I did think how nice it would be if only it were lol

Thoroughly enjoyed the run, one of those lovely runs where its relaxed and everything just works.

Arrived home to find my son actually getting out of bed early for a change! He even made me a cup of tea for after my shower bless him (only 10 😍)
