After much dithering, I finally settled on these. The colour isn't really my taste but I figure they won't stay that clean.for long : )
They were recommended as road to trail shoes, which sums up most of mybroutes that have a bit of road running before I get to the woods. I haven't tried them yet : ) I will use them to walk the dogs first then for a short hilly trail on Saturday.
Fingers crossed that those stripes are go-faster stripes : )

They look lovely (I do like the colour; maybe they were meant for me? 🤣) And above all, they look comfy & grippy. Hope they work well. Let us know the verdict.... 👍
Very nice! I always have the same issue – run on roads before getting to the woods. Never knew that they did road to trail shoes! Great idea. I wish you many happy miles in them! x
I’ve got a pair for my road/trail and Parkrun days. They do the job well; not too jarring on the road and enough grip for the trails. Enjoy your running.
I don’t know this make so will be interested to hear how you get on.
I recently bought Merrel trail shoes but on first wear I slipped all over the place especially on wet cobbles and we have a lot of those in Lancashire 😂. They were advertised as having good all round grip!
I think most of them have the same material in the soles so regrettably I don’t think we get much choice in the matter! But I hope you enjoy your trail shoes! Happy running!
I’ve got what started out as lovely purple trail shoes but after last Saturday they are now thoroughly mud coloured. Really must clean them. Love the fluorescent red round your ankles!
These were the cheapest colour lol, I bought them for the comfort and the promised road to trail-ness, the colour was irrelevant, They were on offer for 60€ and I had 70€ of gift vouchers It did cross my mind that I could have bought 2 pairs of my other running shoes at Decathlon for that price, but I needed ones for the winter forest floors!
Oooo pretty. A bit of mud will improve them even more. I look forward to hear how you get on. I'm dithering between trail or road to trail shoes. They definitely look like go faster stripes.
I took them out yesterday after using them for a bit of dog walking to wear them in. It wasn't really muddy but they held fine on the downhill tarmac and on the trail. So far I'm happy with them. They still need a bit more dirt though
