I can’t believe it’s going to be week 7 next week and this week’s Juju plan has been incredible with the 9K long run giving me a massive confidence boost! I’ve got this! You’ve got this! We’ve all got this!
This weeks treat was a homemade spicy cheese and onion Bombay toastie with a warming cup of Assam tea (M&S range). Straight after parkrun this morning. Delightful!
How is your Juju plan going? What’s your treat?

Thank you Run46, that's really nice of you to say It is hard thinking up a new treat every week that I hope will inspire other Juju members to join in the fun. Just 2 weeks left on the Juju plan and I am a little emotional the journey is coming to an end, but I will consolidate the 10K, I know I will.
Your treat sounds and looks yummy! Because of a holiday (although I still ran a bit then) I am a week behind you. Every time I get to the longer run of the week, I think I will not be able to do it when I set off - but have managed so far (I just slow my running down if I start to struggle) and Monday will be my first 9k?!? My treat to myself is to finish the long run and go out for breakfast - just found a different cafe that does proper porridge with berries, nuts, cinnamon and maple syrup along with a really good cup of cappuccino - bliss!!!
I’m not that hungry so will cut it into 8... not sure I could manage 12 🤣
Wow you’re doing so well and your enthusiasm is fantastic.
This weeks treat looks and sounds delicious.
I still have 4K to do today to finish my week off but my treat is scones which I baked yesterday. I also have to confess a couple may have already been consumed so I definitely have to get out there! 😋
I had a very late night last night, in bed by 2.30 am which is why I didn’t go out early today! Just getting my head together now and will report in when mission is complete! 😀
All done! 4, 5, 8 and a yoga class which included planks!
Ankle a little tender still but I will leave next week’s 8k until the weekend. I think my fitness levels are way behind yours JaoJao as I wouldn’t describe any of my runs as a walk in the park. They still feel as hard as the end of C25K infact I still use the app for my shorter runs and it still feels really hard.
I had different music today which was great. I came across the Runner’s World playlist for October so downloaded that to Spotify and found it really good. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
You have got this now JaoJao and the finish line is just in the distance your smashing it week after week 😉👍👏👏👏👏👏 and that toastie sounds delicious Xx happy running
