Recommendations Please

I’m looking for some new running shoes. I’m a size 4 wide foot and currently run in ASICS gel neutral. I’m looking for something with a bit more shock absorption. I run outdoors mainly toad & track.

I recommend you go to a specialist running shop to try on different shoes. My feet are wide and the choice is limited , but Brooks do wide and very wide. Their website is quite helpful in showing the best shoe range for you.

I just got another pair of Asics GEL CUMULUS 20 W there is more room in the toe area. What suits me might not suit you though you would have to try first😊
