Have i got achilles heel symptoms? I am running 2-3 times a week and i have an ache on the back of my right heel. No swelling, but can i continue running or is this achilles heel symptom and i should seek advie/relax?

Seek advice to confirm what it might be and then you can start the treatment, catch it early. I had Achilles tendinitis a few years ago and it can be crippling if left alone. It was worse for me in the mornings, getting out of bed and taking my first steps, took about 5 minutes to subside and I had it in both Achilles! Mine was down to I’ll fitting shoes during my commute to London, I quickly sorted it out after seeing the GP
