Haha yes, I did that last week. I sat there for a moment taking stock and making sure nothing hurt, got up and ran on. Oh, and the first thing I did was pause my watch! 🤓

I did that once. Tripped over absolutely nothing and jumped up quickly and carried on hoping no one had seen me 🤣 When I got home, I’d got holes in my leggings at the knees, was bleeding quite a bit and months and months later the scars are still quite obvious 😳🤣
