I am not having any problems with my Parkrun app Kev, you know what the Internet is, can have some glitches from time to time. I have just looked at the result of my second parkrun at Dunfermline this morning, my time was 34.17 compared to 34.16 four weeks ago, I am quite surprised by that result as I found the run this morning hard going, the heat seemed to take the energy out of me, I was 147th out of 203 runners, I just could not have the final sprint that I had 4 weeks ago, if I had the result might have been 34.15 giving me a PB, so all in all I am quite happy with my result, I just hope you can sort things out with your app.

Well done on that run, Al!

Thanks Stephen, although I was 1 second slower which surprised me, I thought it was more a minute, so I was actually very pleased with my result today, Scotland, at least where I am has escaped the gales that some parts of England are getting, but it was very warm with the sun blazing down that I think slowed me down a bit this morning.

Very well done with that, Al. A second slower is very little. It was extremely windy for my run, too, and it slowed me down a lot more.

I have a Parkrun app from Google Play Store for Android, it's called :-"5K Parkrunner Results",

it tells you Location, Time, Position, Pace, Gender position, Age grade and PB, they have just upgraded it to include French parkrun results.

Unfortunately it’s very glitchy. I had to delete mine. The reviews on the app store all say the same thing.

Thanks Stephen I’ve deleted it and installed it back and all is good 😉

I deleted and reinstalled and back to normal now. I think it’s still in development stage at the moment and it only seems to be on Apple. It’s a great way of keeping up with friends times though.

This happens some times, try in a few hours it will sort itself out. It’s really frustrating that this app is not robust and it’s not even widely used in the parkrun community. Shame because I think people really need something like this, but more stable performance would be appreciated.

I do as well it normally comes on the app first with results 😉
