Personally I am still rehabbing my hip injury, using the C25k app. I just did W4R2 and my breathing is still all over the place now I have to engage my core - and new bits of my legs are grumbling at finally being made to join in with the rest of me when I run. But so far, so good!
Happy running all!

Hi Fab! Yes, I thought these were a great initiative for those that wanted to trail run beyond 5k without necessarily focussing on performance. Seems quite inclusive: buggies are allowed where terrain and livestock aren't prohibitive, and the recommended minimum age is 14
Ooh, thanks for sharing, this looks such a good idea. I struggle to do the longer runs during the week but don’t want to miss out on Parkrun in favour of running alone. This one at Avebury could be the perfect compromise! Might be a good excuse to invest in some trail shoes too 😜 👟
