Saw a post about this a little while ago but can't find it anywhere!

I want to give it a try. Can anyone tell me how many seconds/minutes is recommended for each interval? Or direct me to more information or a post?

Thank you 😊

There is an app (Free) you can download called JogRunSprint. Simple but effective and you can walk jog run instead if you choose 😊

Jog/run/sprint is usually 30:20:10 seconds, assuming the sprint is eyeballs out. 2 sets of 5 reps with a couple of minutes recovery between the sets is about all I can manage.

Intervals can be anything you want - though I reckon to gain anything the quick bits need to be noticeably quicker than your usual (e.g. Parkrun) pace. So perhaps 2 mins jog then 30 secs quick, or 5 mins jog then 1 min quick.

Best of luck πŸ˜€
