I don't think it was any easier 2nd time round, but the preparation was definitely easier! I made the mistake of not eating anything before and really struggled after 5k.
When l did magic 10 the first time, last summer, l ran completely on the flat, this time l did a few hills, so some improvement there.
I am struggling with my breathing and have a doctor's appointment to see if l have exercise induced asthma.
It was a great way to finish the holiday.

Well done! Your pacing looks similar to mine which gives me hope of running 10k too. I’m doing the magic plan but based on time and am stuck on week 7 at the moment however I had a better 30 mins today.
I am tempted to start it again when I am done but do it on distance instead.
Well done for mixing it up with hills. Hills are my nemesis at the moment 😂
