It’s no big deal, but I’m posting for motivation. I’ve just run 4 weeks in a row!! And I’m proud of getting myself back out there on the run.
I really, really didn't want to run today 🤪. There’s something about completing a challenge that’s challenging in itself! 😳 I’m not sure why!
Anyway, I pushed through and found a new place to run (see below...oh sorry, it’s above now! 😂). It’s really not as big as it looks, but it’s a nice place to run. I hauled myself out of the car, with lead in my legs and an unruly head that was saying, “I can’t be bothered” but I thought “Oh no, we’re not going there again” 🤨 and gave the gremlins a short sharp shake off 🥋. I was unfamiliar with the location I parked at, so I did a “comeback run”! In case I struggled to find my way back. I’ve been lost in the woods before! 😂 Short... but gremlin slaying complete 😉.
I have a Tai Chi class in half an hour, I was giving myself excuses not to do that too earlier, but now the run is complete, I’m ready....so my dear Gremlins, there’s more fitness to come. 😂!
Happy running Runners!! ❤️

Well done! The longest streak I managed was 2 weeks, and that gave me an injury. Mind you, I was doing at least 5k a day and as far as 16k, so it was my own fault for overdoing it!
Congratulations on the 4 week streak... comeback run seems fitting to me. I think you’ll get the 3 month streak before you get the 6 week one too, I managed that last summer 🤣
Wonderful location... and look at that sky! Nice and cloudy here when I started my run, but we had that bright thing in the sky about half way through.
