Happy Thursday everyone. I enjoyed a lovely morning run earlier and thought I’d share the view. I’ve had a few tough runs recently with tight, aching calves, but today felt great ..😁🏃‍♀️👍

Lovely photo, glad you enjoyed your run, running in pleasant surroundings like that is much better than pounding around on pavements, dodging other people and haveing to stop start at traffic lights.

Glad you had a good one TTR.....maybe the start of a good sequence. I ran to the accompaniment of birdsong today. Sky larks are back, plus curlew lapwings and chaffinch to add to the usual suspects. Just shirt shorts and shoes brilliant 😊😊!
