AlMorr Ambassador Graduate10 6 years ago O dear Baddie after coming back from the heat of Australia and into the first real snow we have had in the UK this winter must be numb blowing.

Numb blowing eh! Yes I suppose you could describe it like that 😂

Ah that’s just a sprinkling. You can go out in that 😂.

Daren't after last winter's shenanigans, broken and plated wrist 😬

That sounds very ouch! Stay tucked up 😀

Bionic now👍

Ohhhh nooo! Did u do the wrist whilst running. I broke my scaphoid when fell off my bike! And I'm very dubious going out in frost... Snow.... Too.
Let's hope for a dry day

No that was before I started running. I was just walking across the car park after working late, dying to get home for my dinner. I didn't get home for 3 days!

You can keep that to yourself Baddie... ☠️
I'm not interested in running in that, thank you very much!
...I think we're safe for now though down here on the south coast 😆

Lucky southerners! (Do you say c-a-sul or car-sul?)
Reply (2)Report
What do you say Baddie? C-Arrrrr!!-sual
...I think I'm jut a plain old c-a-sual 🤷♂️😆

I'm from the middle but of Yorkshire parents so ca-stle and scone to rhyme with bone.
Reply (1)Report
It’s scone as is gone. My husband’s from Scone as in spoon. Never bone for either!!

So long as it’s got cream on it I’m happy 😃

How does anyone learn English as a second language. 🤷♀️

I tried getting a Frenchman to read a map with Slough on it... the result was Sloog 😁

Dexy5 Graduate10 6 years ago Pretty to look at though. Enjoy your day off running.

Oh no thanks Baddie. I’m not a snow fan unless I’m skiing (which I haven’t done for 15 years.) It just prevents us from doing fun stuff. Hope it doesn’t hang around too long and you can get back out running. 🤞

Yes, may be tomorrow!

Sun is forecast, and I've got my new weatherproof shoes

lexi6 Graduate10 6 years ago Looks pretty Baddie, but pretty ugly to run in. A day off sounds like a great plan. 👍

Definitely stick to admiring it from the safety of your sofa, not worth risking your wrist!

Please explain this concept of “sun”
Reply (0)Report
That yellow thing they have in the sky in Australia. You know, the one that makes you feel happy and brings heat and light 🌤 Rare in these parts at this time of year 🌥

I saw the sun today but it's broken - no heat coming from it at all 🌞

Yes, malfunctioning here too 😐
